What there is to say about me:
I am the author of the novels A Little More Human, Woke Up Lonely, and Last Last Chance. I am a Guggenheim Fellow, winner of the Bard Prize for Fiction, and a National Book Foundation “5 Under 35” honoree. My work has appeared in Best American Short Stories, Book Forum, Conjunctions, Harper’s, The New York Times, Ploughshares, Salon, Selected Shorts, This American Life, Tin House, and elsewhere. I run a communications consultancy, Good Talk, and work with a select number of college applicants every year on their submissions.
